AgLand Technologies LLC provides RTK autosteer systems, diesel engine tuning, and agricultural technology for professional farming use. Products are intended for qualified agricultural professionals.
All orders are subject to acceptance by AgLand Technologies LLC. Prices are in USD/EUR and subject to change. Payment is due at time of order or per your dealer agreement. International orders may incur customs duties.
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery. We are not responsible for customs delays or other factors beyond our control.
Hardware products carry a 12-month limited warranty against defects under normal use. Diesel tuning services are provided as-is. Engine modifications may affect your manufacturer warranty — you accept this risk by purchasing tuning services.
Dealer accounts are subject to a separate Dealer Agreement. Credentials are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
All site content is the property of AgLand Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
AgLand Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by South Dakota law. Disputes shall be resolved in South Dakota courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
