We collect information you provide directly, including name, email, phone, address, order information, dealer account credentials, contact form messages, and reviews. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
We use your information to process orders, manage dealer accounts, respond to inquiries, send order confirmations, generate QuickBooks invoices, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Supabase (database hosting), Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing), Netlify (website hosting), and Google Fonts. Each has its own privacy policy.
Passwords are hashed with SHA-256. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax purposes.
